ERP and Software for Manufacturers in Indore

Hexaloop builds ERP, inventory, production and dispatch software and dealer portals for manufacturers in Indore, Pithampur and the industrial areas around. Many units here run on Excel, Tally and a WhatsApp group; we build what is missing between them.

Manufacturing Technology Partner in Indore

Walk through a small or mid-sized factory on Sanwer Road or in Pithampur and you will often find the same set-up: purchases in one Excel sheet, stock in the storekeeper's register, production on a whiteboard, billing in Tally and everything else in a WhatsApp group. It works until the owner is away, or a large order arrives, or an auditor asks where a batch went.

Hexaloop builds the software that sits between those tools: a system that knows what is ordered, what is in the store, what is on the floor and what has been dispatched, with a record of who changed what. We build it in stages, starting with the module that hurts most, and we connect it to Tally rather than asking you to leave it.

The same team builds the front of the business: a website with your catalogue, certifications and an enquiry form, and an ordering portal for the dealers who buy from you. We are not tied to a ready-made product, so we build around your process, and we will tell you if a packaged one would serve you better.

Who We Build For in Manufacturing

  • Small and mid-sized units that have outgrown Excel and paper registers.

  • Owners with two or three units who cannot see stock and output together.

  • Auto-component, engineering and fabrication shops that track jobs and batches.

  • Food, FMCG and packaging producers that manage materials, batches and dispatch.

  • Textile and garment units following orders through cutting, stitching and finishing.

  • Manufacturers who sell through dealers and want orders and statements online.

  • Exporters handling documents and shipments for several buyers.

Manufacturing Challenges We Help Solve

  • Stock, orders and production live in different Excel files that disagree.

  • Raw material runs out in the middle of an order, or sits unused for months.

  • Nobody can say where a job is without walking to the floor.

  • Billing and dispatch are written twice, and the two do not match.

  • When a customer returns a defective lot, there is no batch history to trace it.

  • Dealers phone in orders and ask for their statement every week.

  • Machine servicing is remembered, not scheduled, so breakdowns arrive without warning.

  • Cost and output figures reach the owner at month end, when it is too late to act.

What We Build for Manufacturing

  • Manufacturing ERP

Orders, bills of material, work orders, purchase, stock, billing and accounts connected in one system that follows your process, not a standard one.

  • Inventory and Warehouse

Raw material, work in progress and finished goods by location and batch, with reorder alerts and barcode or QR scanning at the store.

  • Production Planning and Tracking

Work orders by stage and shift, machine-wise output, rejection records and delay alerts on a dashboard the planner can open on the floor.

  • Dealer and Distributor Portals

Price lists, online ordering, dispatch status and statements, so the dealer does not need to call.

  • Quality and Maintenance

Inspection records, batch traceability and a service calendar for each machine, with reminders.

  • Websites for Manufacturers

A catalogue, certifications, infrastructure pages and an enquiry or RFQ form for domestic and export buyers.

What Our Solutions Include

  • Bill of materials — what each product needs, with cost roll-up

  • Purchase and GRN — requisitions, orders, goods receipt and supplier-wise history

  • Stock — by store, bin and batch, with reorder levels

  • Work orders — stage-wise status, shift entry and rejection reasons

  • Job work — material sent out and received back, with challans

  • Dispatch — packing list, GST invoice and e-way bill details on one record

  • Tally link — vouchers exported so the accountant keeps working in Tally

  • Dealer ordering — price lists, orders and statements online

  • Access by role — owner, planner, store, quality and accounts see their own screens

  • Dashboard — pending orders, stock value, output and delays

What You Gain

  • Reorder alerts mean fewer stoppages for missing material.

  • The planner sees which job is late, and why, without a floor walk.

  • A batch can be traced from raw material to the customer's gate.

  • Invoice and dispatch come from one record, so they match.

  • Dealers place orders and check statements on their own.

  • The owner sees output and costs this week, not next month.

How We Work

  1. Walk the floor

We spend time in the store, on the floor and in the dispatch bay, following one order from enquiry to invoice.

  2. Write down the process as it is

A plain document of how orders, material and jobs move today, which you correct. Owners are often surprised by the loops in it.

  3. Build the painful module first

Usually stock or production. It goes live alone, so the team gets used to it before the next one arrives.

  4. Run old and new side by side

For a few weeks the old sheets and the new system run together, and we compare the numbers.

  5. Switch over, then support

We choose a quiet day for the switch, stay close through the first weeks and handle changes as your product range grows.

Why Manufacturing Businesses Choose Hexaloop

  • Built around your process

We do not ask you to adopt a standard flow. Your stages, forms and approvals go in as they are, and we suggest improvements separately.

  • Stage by stage

You use the first module within weeks, not after a year-long project.

  • Works with Tally

We connect to the accounting software you already trust instead of replacing it.

  • Within reach of Pithampur and Sanwer Road

Our team is in Indore, so we can visit and sit on your floor instead of working from screenshots.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why build an ERP instead of buying one?

A package fits a standard process. If your products, stages or pricing are unusual, you pay for modules you never use and build workarounds for the ones you need. A custom build avoids both, but a package is the better choice for plenty of units, and we will say so after seeing your process.

Can we start with one module?

Yes, and we suggest it. Most units begin with stock or production and add purchase, dispatch and dealer ordering on the same data.

Will it work with Tally?

In most cases yes. We export vouchers to Tally or read from it, so your accountant keeps the tool they know. We confirm the exact method after seeing your Tally set-up.

Can dealers order through a portal?

Yes. Dealers log in with their own account, see their price list and credit position, place orders, follow each dispatch and download statements and invoices. Your team stops taking order calls and sending statements by hand.

How long does an ERP take to build?

The first module is usually in use within 8 to 16 weeks. The full system depends on how many modules you want, and we give a plan by module after the walk-through.
