Do patients need to install an app to book an appointment?
No. Booking works from your website and from a link you can share on WhatsApp or print as a QR code. A patient app is optional, and worth it mainly for practices with many repeat patients.
Can reports and prescriptions be sent to the patient on WhatsApp?
Yes, as a PDF or a secure link, through the WhatsApp Business API, SMS or email. Messages sent through the WhatsApp API need an approved sender and approved templates, which we set up with you.
How do you protect patient records?
Staff get role-based access, each view of a record is logged, connections are encrypted and backups run on a schedule. We design to fit the rules that apply to you, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, and we are clear about what the software covers and what your own policies must cover.
Can it work with the billing or lab software we already use?
