Hexaloop builds fleet management, delivery tracking, driver apps, route planning and warehouse software for logistics companies, transporters, couriers and delivery businesses in Indore. If most of your day goes on answering where a vehicle is, that is the work we take off you.

Logistics & Delivery Technology Partner in Indore

Indore is central India's commercial hub and sits on the Agra–Mumbai highway, and goods keep moving between the Pithampur and Dewas industrial belts, the city's wholesale markets and the roads beyond. Much of that movement is still managed with LR books, trip sheets, a driver's phone call and a manager's memory.

Hexaloop builds the software that replaces those phone calls: a driver app that records the pickup and the proof of delivery, a dispatch board that shows every trip and which ones are late, and a tracking link the customer can open instead of calling your office. For local delivery businesses we add rider apps, delivery windows and cash-on-delivery settlement at the end of the day.

The people who use the app are drivers, not office staff, so we build it for a basic Android phone, with large buttons and patchy mobile data in mind. We usually pilot on a few vehicles before the whole fleet, because the road shows problems the office never does.

Who We Build For in Logistics & Delivery

  • Transporters with a fleet and a manager who spends the day on the phone.

  • Courier and parcel companies that need tracking from pickup to delivery.

  • Last-mile businesses dispatching many small orders to riders each day.

  • Warehouses and third-party logistics providers managing inward, outward and stock.

  • Grocery, pharmacy and food delivery that need a rider app and live order status.

  • Manufacturers and traders running their own vehicles.

  • Start-ups building a freight or delivery marketplace.

Logistics & Delivery Challenges We Help Solve

  • Customers phone to ask where their goods are, and the office phones the driver to find out.

  • Orders are assigned to drivers by call or chat, with no record of who has what.

  • Routes are planned from memory, so vehicles cover extra distance.

  • Proof of delivery is a signed slip that gets lost or disputed weeks later.

  • A late delivery is discovered when the customer complains.

  • Warehouse stock on paper does not match the shelf.

  • Driver advances, fuel and trip expenses are settled from a notebook.

  • No one knows the cost per trip, or which routes lose money.

What We Build for Logistics & Delivery

  • Fleet and Trip Management

Vehicles, drivers, trips, LR numbers and expenses in one place, with alerts before insurance, permits or service dates run out.

  • Delivery Tracking

A live tracking link for the customer and a map for your office, with status updates by SMS or WhatsApp.

  • Driver and Rider Apps

Android apps to accept jobs, navigate, capture a photo, signature or OTP as proof of delivery and record cash collected. Built for low-end phones and weak signal.

  • Route Planning and Dispatch

Assign orders by area, load and delivery window, and watch late routes on a dispatch board.

  • Warehouse and Inventory

Inward, outward and stock by location with barcode scanning, so the system matches the shelf.

  • Booking and Freight Platforms

Customer booking, quotes, transporter matching, tracking and payments for platforms that connect shippers and carriers.

What Our Solutions Include

  • Live map — vehicles and orders with trip history

  • Dispatch board — assign, reassign and monitor orders

  • LR and challan — generated from the booking, printable and shareable

  • Proof of delivery — photo, signature or OTP, stored with the order

  • Customer updates — pickup, out for delivery and delivered, by SMS or WhatsApp

  • Driver accounts — trips, advances, fuel and settlements

  • COD settlement — cash collected by each rider reconciled at day end

  • Document alerts — insurance, permit, fitness and service dates

  • Reports — on-time rate, cost per trip and driver-wise performance

What You Gain

  • Fewer where-is-my-order calls, because customers can look for themselves.

  • Lower running cost from better routes and fewer empty trips.

  • Disputes settle faster when the proof of delivery is a time-stamped photo.

  • Dispatchers act on a delay early instead of hearing about it from the customer.

  • Stock records match the shelf.

  • You know which routes and drivers make money.

How We Work

  1. Ride along

We spend time with dispatchers and go out with a driver or two, to see how an order is taken, assigned, delivered and billed.

  2. Design for the cab, not the office

We design the driver app first, because it is the hardest screen to get right, then the dispatch board and the customer tracking page.

  3. Pilot on a few vehicles

We run the first version on a handful of vehicles or one route and fix what the road shows.

  4. Roll out in small groups

Drivers are onboarded a few at a time with a one-page guide, not a training day.

  5. Add billing and reports

Once trips are recorded cleanly, we connect them to invoices and the cost-per-trip reports.

Why Logistics & Delivery Businesses Choose Hexaloop

  • Apps drivers will use

Large buttons, few screens and low data use, tested on cheap phones.

  • Trip to invoice on one record

The booking, the LR, the proof of delivery and the invoice are one record, so nothing is typed twice.

  • Pilot first

We prove it on part of your operation before the whole fleet depends on it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you build a delivery app with live tracking?

Yes: a customer tracking link, a rider or driver app and a dispatch dashboard. Live location depends on the driver's phone and signal, so we design the app to keep working when the signal drops and to sync when it returns.

Do my drivers need good phones?

A basic Android phone is enough. We test the app on low-cost devices and keep data use small, so a driver on a limited plan can use it all day. If a phone is very old or has no GPS, we tell you before the pilot, not after.

Can the app create LRs and keep e-way bill details?

It can generate the LR from the booking and keep the e-way bill number and validity on the same trip record. The e-way bill itself is generated on the GST system or in your accounting software, and we link to it where an API is available.

Can you add route optimisation?

We can plan by area, load and time window using mapping services. How much it saves depends on your volumes and routes, and we tell you whether it is worth it before you pay for it.

Can we start with a pilot?

Yes, and we recommend it. Pick a handful of vehicles or one route, run the app for a few weeks and see what dispatchers and drivers actually do with it. We fix what the road shows, then roll out in small groups.
