Our work
Projects we have designed, built and shipped
Hexaloop has delivered more than 100 projects since 2016 from our office in Indore. The case studies below go past the screenshots: each one sets out the business problem the client came to us with, the approach we took, the specific engineering challenges we hit, and what changed after launch.
They span 3 categories — Web Development, Web Design, Mobile App — across education, retail, distribution and health. If you are evaluating us, these pages are the fastest way to judge how we think about a problem rather than just what we can draw.

Selected projects
Each project page includes the brief, our approach, the technical challenges, the stack and the outcome.
Sector experience
Industries we have delivered in
Domain familiarity shortens discovery. These are the sectors where we already understand the workflow before the first call.
Education & test preparation
Coaching institute and college websites, e-learning apps, admission enquiry pipelines and result publishing systems. Education is the sector we have shipped most in — the work spans marketing sites through to student-facing product.
Retail, e-commerce & distribution
Cross-platform shopping apps and inventory platforms that replace spreadsheet stock control. These projects share a common thread: getting one accurate, real-time view of stock and orders that everyone in the business can trust.
Health, fitness & wellness
Tracking applications where the design problem is sustaining engagement through slow progress, and the engineering problem is handling sensitive personal health data responsibly.
How we work
The process behind every project on this page
The same five stages apply whether the engagement is a four-week website or a six-month platform.
- 1
Discovery and scoping
We start with the business problem, not a feature list. A short discovery call plus a written scope, and for existing systems an audit of what is already there, so nobody commits to a number before understanding the work.
- 2
Design and architecture
Information architecture, interface design and technical architecture in parallel. You approve screens and a technology plan before implementation begins.
- 3
Build in visible increments
Work ships to a staging environment continuously rather than landing as one reveal at the end. You have a dedicated project manager and can see progress at any point.
- 4
Testing and launch
Functional testing across devices, performance budgets for mobile, security review, then a launch checklist covering analytics, Search Console, backups and monitoring.
- 5
Post-launch support
Updates, bug fixes, monitoring and iteration. Over 90% of our clients stay with us after launch, which is the number we judge ourselves on.
Portfolio FAQs
Are these all the projects Hexaloop has delivered?
No. These are representative case studies we have permission to write about in detail. We have delivered over 100 projects across web, mobile, software, cloud and marketing engagements since 2016. Many client projects — particularly internal business systems — are covered by confidentiality agreements, so we can discuss them on a call but not publish them.
Can I speak to a past client as a reference?
Yes. Once a project is at proposal stage we can usually arrange a reference conversation with a client in a comparable industry, subject to their agreement.
What does a project like these cost?
The websites in this portfolio sit in the ₹1,00,000+ range, the mobile apps in the ₹50,000 to ₹5,00,000 range depending on scope, and the inventory platform higher again because of custom analytics and role-based access. Every quote is fixed and issued after scoping, so the price you approve is the price you pay unless you change scope.
How long does a typical project take?
Marketing websites usually run two to four weeks. Content-heavy institutional sites run two to three months. Mobile apps and custom software run three to six months. The projects on this page ran between three and six months each, and each page lists its actual duration and team size.
Do you work with clients outside Indore?
Yes. We are based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, and deliver remotely for clients across India and internationally. Several projects in this portfolio were delivered entirely remotely.
Can you take over or rebuild an existing project?
Yes. We start with a code and infrastructure audit so you get an honest assessment of what can be kept and what needs rebuilding before committing to a takeover.
Have a project in mind?
Tell us the business problem and we will come back with a scope, a timeline and a fixed quote — usually within one working day.
