Terms of Service

Last updated:

These terms set out the rules for using hexaloop.com and what to expect when you contact Hexaloop through it.

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you visit hexaloop.com or send us a message through it. The website is run by Hexaloop, 309, Bansiwala Tower, Agrasen Square, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452001, India. By using the site you accept them; if you do not, please do not use it.

2. Using this website

You may browse the site and use its forms for lawful, personal or business purposes. The information on it is general and may change without notice. We try to keep it accurate, but a page on this site is not an offer, a quote or professional advice for your situation.

3. Enquiries and quotes

Sending the contact form or the hire form does not create a contract between you and Hexaloop, and it does not oblige either of us to work together. Any project starts only when both sides have agreed a written proposal or agreement that sets out the scope, price, timeline and ownership of the work. Indicative prices on this site are examples, not commitments.

4. Acceptable use

When you use the site you agree not to:

  • submit forms through automated means, or send spam, advertising or deliberately false enquiries;
  • get around, disable or interfere with the security check, rate limits or any other protection on the site;
  • try to gain access to areas of the site that are not public, or probe it for weaknesses without our written permission;
  • upload or send anything unlawful, harmful or that infringes someone else's rights;
  • copy the site in bulk or use it in a way that harms its availability for others.

We may block access, discard submissions or report abuse to the authorities when these rules are broken. If you find a security problem, please tell us at work@hexaloop.com instead of exploiting it.

5. Intellectual property

The text, design, code, logos and images on this site belong to Hexaloop or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law, except for client names, marks and screenshots in our project pages, which belong to those clients and appear with their permission. You may link to our pages and quote short extracts with attribution. Anything beyond that needs our written consent.

7. Disclaimer

The site is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we do not promise any particular business result from using it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Hexaloop is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss that arises from your use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Services we agree to provide under a separate written agreement are governed by that agreement.

9. Privacy

How we handle the personal data you send us is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that arises from them, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live. We would rather settle a problem informally first, so please write to us before taking formal steps.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

12. Contact
