Coaching Institute Website
A modern, mobile-first website for a NEET and IIT-JEE coaching institute, built to turn search traffic into admission enquiries. It publishes student results, batch-wise course details, scholarship and test-series announcements, and routes every enquiry into a single trackable pipeline.

Project overview
Competitive exam coaching is decided almost entirely on reputation, and in this segment reputation means results. The institute had strong outcomes to show — top-percentile NEET and JEE scores across multiple batches — but they lived on printed banners and WhatsApp forwards. Prospective students and, more importantly, their parents were researching online and finding a static single-page site that had not been touched in three years. Admission season traffic was going to competitors with better-organised information. We rebuilt the site around the two things parents actually look for before enrolling: proof that students from this institute score well, and clarity on exactly which batch suits their child.
The problem
The institute could not show its results online, published course and scholarship information too slowly to matter during the short admission window, and had no way to tell which enquiries came from which campaign. Every announcement required a developer, so most announcements never went up.
How we built it
Our approach on this project
- 1
Admission-season content audit
We mapped the questions parents ask in the six weeks before batches start — cut-offs, fees, faculty credentials, past results, batch timings — and made each one a first-class section rather than a PDF download.
- 2
Result showcase as the primary conversion asset
Results were modelled as structured data (student, exam, year, score, batch) instead of images, so they can be filtered, sorted and re-used across course pages. This also makes them readable by search engines rather than locked inside a JPEG.
- 3
Self-serve content management
Course catalogues, scholarship notices and test-series dates were moved behind an admin interface so the academic team publishes announcements the same day they are decided, with no developer in the loop.
- 4
Enquiry pipeline and tracking
Every form on the site — admission enquiry, scholarship interest, callback request — writes to one pipeline with the source page attached, so the counselling team knows what a lead was reading when they got in touch.
- 5
Performance and mobile pass
Most of this audience arrives on mid-range Android phones over patchy mobile data. We optimised images, deferred non-critical scripts and set a mobile performance budget before launch.

Questions about this project
How long does a coaching institute website take to build?
This build ran four months because it included a custom results module and an admin panel. A straightforward coaching institute website with course pages, an enquiry form and a notice board typically takes three to five weeks.
Can our academic team update results and batches without a developer?
Yes. Courses, results, scholarships and notification banners are all editable from an admin panel. That was a core requirement — admission windows are short, and announcements that need a developer never go out in time.
Will the website help us rank for local coaching searches?
The site ships with clean URL structure, per-page metadata, structured data and a sitemap, which is the technical foundation ranking needs. Sustained ranking for competitive terms like "best NEET coaching in Indore" also needs ongoing content and link work — that sits under our SEO and digital marketing service.
