Why Hexaloop exists
Hexaloop was started in Indore in 2016 after watching a familiar pattern repeat itself: a local business would pay for a website, receive something that looked acceptable in a screenshot, and then discover over the following year that nobody could update it, it did not appear in search results, and the developer had stopped answering the phone.
The problem was rarely technical skill. It was that the work was treated as a deliverable to be handed over rather than a system somebody would have to live with. So we built the company around the parts most agencies treat as optional: writing down the scope before quoting, giving clients access to work in progress, handing over full ownership of code and infrastructure, and staying available after launch.
Nine years later the work has grown well beyond websites — inventory platforms, cross-platform mobile apps, cloud migrations, AI agents — but the operating principle has not changed. The number we actually watch is not projects delivered; it is the share of clients who are still with us a year after launch. That figure has stayed above 90%, and it is the only metric in this document that is difficult to fake.
We are still based in Indore, still small enough that the person who scopes your project is connected to the people who build it, and still of the view that most software problems are really communication problems wearing a technical costume.

How the company grew
2016
Hexaloop is founded in Indore
Started as a small web development team serving local businesses in Madhya Pradesh, building websites for coaching institutes, clinics and retailers who had no digital presence at all.
2018
Mobile development practice
Added a dedicated mobile team as clients began needing Android and iOS applications alongside their websites. Standardised on React Native so one team could serve both platforms.
2020
Custom software and ERP work
Expanded into business systems — inventory, billing, CRM and internal tooling — as manufacturing and distribution clients outgrew spreadsheets during a period when remote operation became mandatory.
2022
Cloud and DevOps capability
Built in-house cloud migration and infrastructure capability so we could take responsibility for what we ship rather than handing off deployment and hoping for the best.
2024
Applied AI practice
Started delivering agentic AI work — support automation, document processing and internal assistants — grounded in clients' own data rather than generic chatbot deployments.

These are operating rules rather than slogans — each one is something a client can hold us to during a project.
Solve the business problem, not the brief
Clients often arrive asking for a specific deliverable — "we need an app" — when the underlying problem is something else entirely. We push back early, in discovery, because building the wrong thing well is the most expensive outcome in this industry.
Fixed quotes, written scope
You get a written scope and a fixed price before work starts. If scope changes, we re-quote and you approve it. No invoices that quietly grow, and no vague hourly arrangements that put all the risk on you.
One project manager who stays
Every engagement has a named project manager from discovery through post-launch support. You do not get handed between account managers, and you do not have to re-explain your business to a new person mid-project.
Ship in visible increments
Work goes to a staging environment continuously. You can see progress whenever you want rather than waiting for a reveal at the end, which is when unpleasant surprises normally surface.
You own everything
Source code, design files, domains, hosting accounts and credentials belong to you. We do not hold clients hostage through infrastructure they cannot access. If you leave, you leave with everything.
Support is part of the work
Launch is the middle of a project, not the end. Maintenance, monitoring, updates and iteration are how a system stays valuable, and it is why more than nine in ten clients stay with us afterwards.

Indore is Madhya Pradesh's commercial centre and one of the faster-growing technology hubs outside the traditional metros. That has shaped the company: our earliest clients were local manufacturers, retailers and educational institutions who needed practical systems rather than fashionable ones, and that bias toward practicality has stayed with us.
We serve clients across India and internationally, but being physically present in Indore matters for the businesses here — for many of them, being able to sit across a table during scoping is what makes a large software investment feel manageable.

Frequently asked questions about Hexaloop
How big is the Hexaloop team?
We are a team of between 10 and 50 people depending on active engagements, spanning design, frontend, backend, mobile, QA, DevOps and digital marketing. Project teams are typically three to five people plus a dedicated project manager — the sizes listed on each of our project case studies are real.
Is Hexaloop an agency or a product company?
A services company. We design and build software for clients rather than selling our own product. That matters practically: our incentive is your system working well enough that you keep us on, not upselling licences for something we already built.
What technologies does Hexaloop specialise in?
Next.js, React and TypeScript on the web; React Native for mobile; Node.js with MongoDB or PostgreSQL on the backend; and the major cloud providers for infrastructure. We choose per project rather than forcing every client onto one stack, but we deliberately keep the list short so the team has real depth rather than shallow familiarity with everything.
Do you work with startups as well as established businesses?
Both. With startups the work is usually scoping an MVP tightly enough to validate an idea without burning the runway. With established businesses it is more often replacing systems that have been outgrown. The process is the same; the constraints differ.
Where is Hexaloop located, and do you work with remote clients?
Our office is at 309, Bansiwala Tower, Agrasen Square, Indore, Madhya Pradesh – 452001. We work with clients across India and internationally in the US, UK, Australia and Canada. Most of our engagements run remotely, with in-person sessions available for clients in and around Madhya Pradesh.
What happens if we are not satisfied with the work?
Because we work in visible increments with staging access throughout, dissatisfaction rarely surfaces as a surprise at the end. If something is not right, we fix it within the agreed scope. If we get the estimate wrong, that is our problem, not a change order.
Who owns the code and design files?
You do. Source code, design files, domains and hosting accounts are transferred to your ownership at handover. We do not retain control of client infrastructure as a retention mechanism.
